Gir Lassi is a celebration of India's favorite dessert drink, the mango lassi. Utilizing Gir Kesar Mango, this Milkshake IPA is bursting with rich mango flavors that offer a smooth and sweet companion to any celebration, meal, or gathering. Hints of vanilla and Indian cardamom balance out the beer.

Nandi Hills, almost 5,000 feet above sea level, is the birthplace of five rivers and a popular weekend escape for the residents of the technology and craft beer hub of Bengaluru. This area is a boutique wine-producing region growing mainly French grape varieties. Warm, sunny days followed by chill nights ensure a slow ripening process for the grapes and we aim to bring a similar flavor profile in our third Hill Station release.

Manali, is the first in our Hill Station Hazy IPA series. Manali is a resort town in the mountains of Himachal Pradesh. The area is famous for apple, plum and pear trees. This fruit-forward hop combination features sweet fruit aromas, smooth bitterness and a light herbal bend.

The second in our Hill Station Hazy IPA series bringing forward notes of citrus, sweet fruit and berry. Chopta is a hill station often referred to as the “mini Switzerland” of Uttarakhand (a state in Northern India). Chopta is a year-round destination surrounded by meadows and snow-capped mountains in the Himalayas. A biodiverse birding paradise you can see over 200 species of birds in this sacred city.
