Roasted chicory, often found in South Indian Coffee, adds coffee and caramelized sugar flavors to this medium bodied ale. As you encounter roasty, malty, and light toffee notes, the experience is reminiscent of an awakening which was the inspiration for the label designed by Chicago artist Jenny Vyas.

Hira (meaning diamond) is a Belgian Quad with Dates. Brewed for our one year anniversary and inspired by the diamond trade between India and Belgium, this beer draws its bold, dark fruit, flavors from the dates as well as a pleasant, estery aroma from Belgian yeast.
